Smaller Government Advocacy

As your representative, I will tirelessly advocate for a leaner, more efficient government. By reducing bureaucracy, we can ensure taxpayer dollars are spent wisely and government interference in our lives is minimized.

 I will actively engage with colleagues to identify areas where government can be streamlined and made more efficient. Through targeted legislation, I will advocate for the reduction of unnecessary bureaucracy, focusing on delivering essential services in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Tax Reduction

Milton Friedman's wisdom guides my approach to taxes: "I am in favor of cutting taxes under any circumstances and for any excuse." I will champion policies that reduce the burden of taxes, allowing individuals and businesses to keep more of their hard-earned money.

Working with fellow law makers, I will introduce and support legislation aimed at lowering taxes, including removing the state tax on food or eliminating the state income tax.

Support Education

I believe in providing quality education for all children, regardless of their background or zip code. I will advocate for policies that support our schools, empower teachers, reduce unnecessary regulation, and expand access to educational resources, giving every child the chance to succeed.

I will work alongside Granite School District to assure schools in our community are safe, inappropriate library books are removed and cell phone usage during school is properly managed

Cultural Inclusivity and Integration

West Valley City is a vibrant, multicultural community. I will work to celebrate and promote inclusivity, fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome and appreciated. Our diversity is our strength, and I will champion policies that reflect that. Our community is changing, I will have a voice to assure voices are heard while assuring values are preserved.

Affordable Housing for Local Families

Every child deserves the opportunity to grow up in their hometown and raise their own family. I will champion policies that promote affordable housing, ensuring that our community remains a place where generations can thrive.

I will advocate for policies that incentivize the development of affordable housing, such as tax credits for builders and streamlined regulations for housing projects. Additionally, I will work with community stakeholders to explore public-private partnerships that address the unique housing needs of West Valley City.
